The Stephanie Marks Diabetes Resource Centre at
St Peter's Hospital, Chertsey, was officially opened
on the 24th May 2010 by Sir Ian Botham OBE.

The centre is dedicated to Stephanie Marks,
a young girl who dreamed of becoming a doctor
and who tragically died from complications from the
disease in 2002, aged just 17.

Based at St Peter's Hospital in Chertsey, Surrey,
we provide treatment and advice to adult and
paediatric patients.
As a team, and working in
partnership with parents,
we will strive to deliver
a high standard of specialist
care for children with
diabetes.

We recognise that children
require individual, holistic
care in order to help them
achieve and maintain good
diabetes management.
The adult diabetes service
provides highly specialist care
for patients with Type 1 and
Type 2 diabetes, on both
an inpatient and an
outpatient basis.

Patients benefit from a
comprehensive service that
includes general and specialist
diabetes and endocrinology
clinics.
COVID-19: Information for Patients
